Really really fresh lamb slaughtered right before grilling it.
This is Jennifer. She will aid in keeping me sane for the next 3 weeks.
Last night we had a Mongolian culture night. They slaughtered the lamb and cooked it immediately. It was scrumptious. I've been rafting, cleaning, singing, and all kinds of good things.
